I got a juicer and it is awesome.
These dog treats are made with vegetable pulp leftovers from the juicer, a bit of chicken fat (skimmed from the broth I made from the carcass of a roasted chicken), and veggie pulp, and whole wheat flour. Dehydrated in the oven for many hours at 170-200°F.
Phy loves them!

Strawberry blueberry basil coconut water
Strawberry blueberry basil coconut water. Plus veggie juice smoothies.
Strawberries in water make water delicious, and coconut water is already delicious. So I put them together and it's extra delicious.
Drink the water, then use the berries in your juice smoothie!

Ham and mozzarella Spanish omelette
Spanish omelette!!
So so good.
Best with a cast iron skillet, like this beauty: Le Creuset Cherry Cast Iron Skillet.
Brown/pan fry the potatoes in oil with a lid until they're mostly cooked through. Onions, garlic, seasoning (Tony's, of course), and for this one sliced ham and fresh mozzarella cubes. Whisk eggs (7! for this 12 inch skillet, and I think five potatoes) with a little water, mix it all together, then bake at 400 until brown and set.
So so good. I ate so much of it.
